Exclusions

1. Damages or injuries resulting from intentional misconduct, fraud, or criminal acts by the insured or individuals involved in the clinical trial.

2. Damages or injuries resulting from the failure to obtain informed consent from trial participants or adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations governing clinical research.

3. Damages or injuries resulting from deviations or non-compliance with the clinical trial protocol, study procedures, or regulatory requirements.

4. Damages or losses resulting from perils not covered under the policy, such as acts of war, terrorism, natural disasters, or pandemics, are excluded unless specifically endorsed or included in the policy.
