Workers’ Compensation provides coverage for employees who suffer work-related injuries or illnesses. It covers medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and lost wages for employees who are injured or become ill, while performing their job duties.

Medical Expenses - Covers the costs of medical treatment, hospitalization, surgeries, medications, and rehabilitation services required for the injured employee's recovery.
Employer's Liability Coverage - Extends coverage to protect employers against lawsuits filed by injured employees or their families alleging negligence or unsafe working conditions.
Occupational Disease Coverage - Provides coverage for illnesses or diseases that arise from workplace exposures or conditions, such as occupational cancers, respiratory diseases, or repetitive stress injuries.
Independent Contractors - Injuries sustained by independent contractors, subcontractors, or volunteers (who in normal course are not considered employees).

Exclusions
1. Injuries or illnesses that occur outside of the workplace or during non-work-related activities
2. Injuries or illnesses resulting from intentional self-harm, misconduct, or criminal activities by the employee.
3. Injuries or illnesses that existed prior to employment or were not caused or aggravated by work-related activities.
